A bit of context

In the past 18 years, Mito has grown from three guys averaging 27 to over 230 people, dreaming up the most clever things our clients have ever seen — unless they’ve seen the Large Hadron Collider. We make campaigns, digital products, customer experiences, and data-driven marketing for brands all over the world.

The role

In the past 18 years, Mito has grown from 3 guys, averaging an age of 27, to over 230 people dreaming up the most clever things our clients have ever seen (unless they’ve seen the Large Hadron Collider). We create campaigns, websites, apps and other digital solutions for inspiring brands all over the world.

We need you to have

Your tasks will be…

  • Managing challenging long-term paid media, SEO/GEO, CRM and development projects – and by challenging, we mean that you do not only have to forward emails. You have to manage resources, schedules, risks, scope, stakeholders within and outside, the lot.
  • Running (and sometimes running to) status meetings to ensure a smooth delivery, providing updates on status and impediments.
  • To excel independently. We rely on your knowledge and ability to set priorities and solve upcoming challenges right before they turn into issues, and then problems.
  • Assess, recommend and evolve current workflows and processes - to make not your work but the various teams easier.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPI’s) to measure project success and business impacts - and develop other acronyms based on your personal preference
  • Build positive relationships with international clients and our various professional teams

We need you to have…

  • some experience with the basics of Google Analytics. We won’t ask you questions about how to set up a campaign dashboard, but you need to know what the difference is between Analytics, PPC and SEO.
  • at least 3-4 year’s project management experience.
  • excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English as you will have to use both in your day to day tasks.
  • strong problem-solving skills, solution-oriented attitude, and ability to prioritize workload
  • probably sounds old, but you have to be proactive and be able to work independently because we don’t want to micromanage you (you don’t want that either, we presume). However if you ever feel stuck, someone definitely will be there for you.
  • Some experience in web projects that you delivered for external clients in the last few years, from specifications to release and support.
  • You can read between the lines (absolutely no pun intended), especially when it comes to translating client dreams and wishes into tangible technical requirements.

We'll be exceptionally happy if you...

  • have enthusiasm for AI: you actively use AI solutions and led or participated in AI implementation projects as well.
  • knowledge of the processes involved in the areas of performance marketing and CRM.
  • hands-on experience with Google Analytics or any other measurement, SEO, CRM  or PPC tools
  • knowledge in ecommerce or B2B marketing.
  • dabbled in business analysis or held other auxiliary functions to PM,
  • worked with a nice, diverse portfolio of clients on your professional journey. We promise that exciting prospects are on the horizon!

Hiring, from hello to yes

Nothing mysterious. Here’s what to expect along the way.

  1. First chat

If your application looks like a match, we meet, tell you about Mito and the role, and see if we click. Bring your questions, we’ll bring ours.

  2. Assessment

You’ll get a task related to the role. Nothing tricky, we just want to see how you think.

  3. Feedback

We’ll tell you how it went either way, and would love your take on us too. Fair’s fair.

  4. Decision

Then comes the yes or no. We’re obviously rooting for the first one.

Think this is you?

If this sounds suspiciously like you, send it our way. We read every application. Promise.
