A bit of context
In the past 18 years, Mito has grown from three guys averaging 27 to over 230 people, dreaming up the most clever things our clients have ever seen — unless they’ve seen the Large Hadron Collider. We make campaigns, digital products, customer experiences, and data-driven marketing for brands all over the world.
The role
More than a dozen of our former and current colleagues started out as Random Clever People, but please be patient, because the position that suits you best might only pop up after months or even a year.
We need you to have
Meeting people who we could easily imagine as our colleagues is always awesome. Send us your CV, so we can get to know you and let you know if we are looking for someone like you.
Please write down the following details in your application:
- Which field or job would you see yourself in and on what level (intern/junior/senior)?
- Why would you like to work at mito?
- Have we had a beer, or met somewhere? Where did you hear about us?
Comes with benefits
There’s more to the job than the job. We’ve got a few things to help with the rest.
Your life prioritized
- Hybrid, made flexible
- Hybrid work that fits around dentist appointments, school pickups, and the usual life admin.
- Health, family & more
- Healthcare package, family support, fully paid paternity leave, and a personal budget for things like German lessons or bike helmets.
- Time well earned
- The longer you’re here, the more opens up: extra days off, sabbatical, and work-abroad options.
Hiring, from hello to yes
Nothing mysterious. Here’s what to expect along the way.
First chat
If your application looks like a match, we meet, tell you about Mito and the role, and see if we click. Bring your questions, we’ll bring ours.
Assessment
You’ll get a task related to the role. Nothing tricky, we just want to see how you think.
Feedback
We’ll tell you how it went either way, and would love your take on us too. Fair’s fair.
Decision
Then comes the yes or no. We’re obviously rooting for the first one.
Snapshots from our life
Everyday moments, a few Mito rituals, and a mix of clever things and silly people. Some of it makes more sense if you were there.
