Back in the summer, I came across a well-targeted Facebook ad recruiting participants for Mito’s first Strategy Bootcamp. A few weeks later I found myself on the first day of the course with 24 enthusiastic participants ready to dive into the fundamentals of strategic planning.
Throughout the 3-day bootcamp we learned the basics of briefing and became familiar with the research process of digging deeper and deeper to understand better the client, the category, the culture, and the consumer. One of the most exciting parts of the sessions for me was covering insights that serve as a solid ground for marketing campaigns. The cherry on the top moment, in the end, was when we presented in teams how we managed to put all the knowledge obtained into practice. More specifically we created a strategic approach for a new product launch targeting young adults.
